1.Avoid putting heavy or sharp cargo on/near PC sheet.

2.PC sheet with roll packing need to be loaded and unloaded mechanically or byVehicle springboard.

3. Store PC sheetin a cool place instead of outdoor.

1.PC Hollow Sheet can be cutting by sharp wallpaper and PC Solid Sheet can becutting by arm saw.

2.Fix the PC sheet before cutting , in order to avoid sheet tear caused by violentvibration.

1.Use aluminum material strip to seal all the edge of PC sheet before installation.

NO.1: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF PC BOARD

Use appropriate method and tool to make periodic cleaning for PC sheet , thatway can prolong the service life of PC sheet.

NO.2: SMALL AREA CLEANING

1.Flushing with neutral soap or household detergent mixed with warm water, andremove dust and dirt with soft fabric or sponge;

2.Flushing with cold water and wipe off the dry spots with a soft duster cloth afterdrying.

NO.3: LARGE AREA CL EANING

1..lushing with faucet or high-pressure water gun.2.Water additive should be compatible with PC sheet.

No.4: PRECAUTIONS FOR CLEANING

1.Do not polish, do not clean the PC sheet with strong base or wipe the face of PCsheet by dry cloth or stiff brush .

2.Do not use butyl fibrinolytic agent and isopropanol solution to clean the UV - proofPC sheet.

NO.5: RECOMMENDED CL EANING SOLVENT

Use Anhydrous alcohol, petroleum ether (BP65), ethane, conane to clean. In orderto avoid the PC sheet and insoluble chemicals in contact.
